After months of holding an idea of moving to Dauin in mind…. the YoUniverse (as usual) manifested something WAY better than we’d dreamed. (see below)

We’d like to get our friends together on Saturday March 23 starting around 6PM on our little slice of heaven.

Just an informal gathering for bonding, and conversation, and enjoying ourselves around a big bonfire on the beach. And if a few people bring some drums or musical instruments – maybe some music and dance too!

  • I’ll bring a couple drums, a flute, harmonica, didgeridoo… how about you?

What to bring?

  • A chair or yoga mat or towel to sit on
  • Anything you want to eat or drink.
    • (or share with others)
  • Swimming/snorkeling gear if you wanna go for a little night dip
  • Musical instruments – if you dare!
  • Camping gear if you wanna camp on the beach overnight
  • A warm and friendly vibe

How to get to our place

Our new place is right smack dab in the middle of the Dauin Marine Sanctuary.

A sandy beach (no rocks)… a big-ass lawn (for future ecstatic dances)… and plenty of secured parking

Google Maps has us as Dauin Reef Apartments. 

We’re in Dauin Poblacion District 1. Traveling on National Highway, turn left at the new Dauin market. Drive to the T, then turn right on Bonifacio Street. Follow it till it turns into a dirt road, then about 50 meters beyond you’ll see a big building on the left – white first floor, brown second floor. It’s marked 420.

Enter the gate, and proceed to park in the big open area behind the main house. You might encounter a huge German Shepherd who barks loudly… but he’s actually pretty friendly.

And then just walk forward to the beach!
